JiKyoJutsu is a Japanese traditional exercise method to support a healthy life, avoid aging and treat many kinds of diseases and condition. It consists 31 different movements by using the whole body. It takes about 30 minutes to perform the all movements. No machines are used, and movements can be performed on the little space. There are so much possibilities to gain better body condition physically and mentally as well.

Weekly Regular Class on Tuesday
dates and time: 10:00 - 11:30 basically every Tuesday morning
things to bring: yoga mat(hopefully), bath towel, pen, towel
clothes: any easy ones
fee: 1,500 yen / each time
